DNNovation undertook a significant renewal project at the Tilbury scrap yard, demonstrating our capability and commitment to excellence.and support to our client to deliver this project. This year-long project involved a series of complex tasks designed to enhance the site's functionality, aesthetics, and accessibility, all while ensuring minimal disruption to regular operations.

Comprehensive Services Provided

For this project, DNNovation deployed two specialized teams to carry out the following tasks:

1. Concrete Work: Removed existing concrete slabs and installed new ones, ensuring a stable and durable foundation.
2. Weight Bridge Renewal: Constructed concrete foundations for two new weight bridges.
3. Amco Barriers Installation: Installed robust Amco barriers to enhance on-site security and safety.
4. Wooden Frame Construction: Built wooden frames for containers, adding structural integrity and functionality.
5. Brick Work: Completed brickwork for manholes and surrounding areas, improving both the site's appearance and future accessibility for maintenance.
6. Fencing: Erected fencing to secure the area and prevent unauthorized access.
7. Tensar Wall: Constructed a 400-meter stretch of Tensar wall which help segregate the site activities to the site road and crane.
8. Concrete Footpath: Installed a 400-meter footpath to provide safe access for workers and visitors.

Machinery and Equipment

To ensure efficiency and precision, DNNovation utilized a range of machinery, including:

1. Excavators: For earth-moving and digging tasks.
2. Dumpers: For transporting materials around the site.
3. Rollers: To create smooth and compacted surfaces for new installations.
4. Telehandlers: For the delivery of materials to the site and working areas.
